We take great pride in our caches which are often the end result of much planning and many, many hours of walking in and around our home area. Anyone can sling a lunch box in a hedge, but we try to always stick to our golden rule that you must have at least one, and preferably all three of the following:

a) A great walk
b) Magnificent views
c) A place of real interest

If we can add in a clever hide, a cunning puzzle, a witty name or a sense of achievement, then all the better, but if we don't meet one of the first three, we don't place it.

Note : Event caches may be laid to a slightly lower standard.
